Q: What should I wear?
A: T-shirt. long sleeves and comfortable pants. You want to be comfortable and that the clothes wont constrict the movement.

Q:Is there any oils involved?
A: No oils are used in a Thai session. The client is fully clothed.
Q: Is Thai suppose to hurt?
A: There are different opinions concerning this topic. Personally I don’t believe in that it should hurt to work. When the body feel pain, the muscles contracts and the work cannot get as deep. That is how I work. There is not a right or wrong answer to this. We can do deep work without it having to hurt.

Q: What if I have to cancel a session?
A: Single sessions has a 30 day expiration date from the date of purchase. Packages has a 3 month expiration date from the date of purchase. Please keep proof of purchase.
A: If you are not happy with the session I will give you a refund. I will ask for the reason so that I can use that to improve my practice.
A: I have a 24 hour cancellation policy, so that I have time to fill in that slot. If you have to cancel or reschedule prior 24 hours, I will be happy to reschedule your session for a later time.
